Information collected

We keep the information that we collect to an absolute minimum, because we value your privacy.

If you're just visiting our site and you don't have a paid or trial account with us, then we do not collect any personal information. The only thing we may see in our logs is your IP address and which documents you converted at which point in time. Those logs are cleared out monthly.

If you sign up for a trial or paid account, then we request a name and email address. It's up to you what you fill in of course, but we will send you the account information at that email address. You will also be added to our mailing list. You can change your data in our customer portal anytime and you can unsubscribe to our mailing list with every mail that we send or by dropping us an email at support@icloudtec.com. We also log your conversions so you can view them in our customer portal and in order to determine your usage. You can request to have the details of those conversions (the URLs) cleared if needed.

None of the above information is shared with any third parties.

If you have used our service in the past and would like to have any of your data removed then please contact us at support@icloudtec.com. Note that if you don't have a paid or trial account with us this information is already cleared out monthly. For paid or trial accounts - you can clear out your name & email address in our customer portal and you unsubscribe to our mailing list with any email we send.
